Problem Statement: KFAM (Korean American Family Services) sought to modernize its website, showcase its programs, and include more features and visuals. The website also needed to be mobile-friendly, responsive, and secure.
My strategy (and why): I conducted a website audit and needs assessment among stakeholders. I re-designed the website to be more comprehensive, clear, and visually appealing based on a color theme. I added more imagery and videos, design elements, quizzes, interactive features, and bold theme colors. The vertical page design also reduced the need for clicking, while the scroll effects provided greater user interactivity.
